A US Supreme Court ruling forced the Smithsonian institution to release classified papers dating from the early 1900’s thay proved the organization was involved in a major historical cover up of evidence showing giants human remains in the tens of thousands had been uncovered all across America and were ordered to be destroyed by high level administrators to protect the mainstream chronology of human evolution at the time.

The first thing that springs when discussing mythological giants would be the Germanic Jotnar, followed by various creatures of Greek mythology, the Celts..

Beyond bullshit since most people in 1900 were either ignorant of the debate or still working to determine the mechanism for evolution. Giant skeletons/fossils would probably be treated as other discoveries...either as proof of another branch of the human family, like Neanderthals (with fossils first discovered in 1829) or, by those who rejected evolution, as proof of a Biblical claim about the existence of giants before a global flood.
How exactly were these skeletons found if they were destroyed 100 years ago? And why keep a record of something you're trying to bury?
And these "papers" you refer to... perhaps you'd like to share them? Or the name of the court case involving the Smithsonian? Or perhaps just name what news source you got such wild claims to begin with?

Ignoring the fact that the square-cube law clearly states that bipeds like humans can only reach a certain size before collapsing under their own weight, what is it with christian fundies and their obsession with proving that giants are real?
I mean, this is hardly the first post I've read here about the supposed "evidence" that giants exist(ed) and that therefore the bible is true. For one, who's to say that that doesn't prove that Jotunn exist? Or the Gigantes children of Gaia? Or any other of the myriad cultures that came up with the idea of giant humans?
Of course, knowing fundies they're probably either projecting, or overcompensating for something...
