Don't listen to anything Ambulance Chaser tells you: The guy seriously believes the Constitution only says what judges say it does.

When does this postmodern "I get to decide what's true and false, and people who disagree with me are all part of global conspiracy" nonsense go too far?
I mean, fine, we can all laugh at Flat Earthers who behave like their eyes are better reality detectors than millenia of established science (which is all a hoax for NASA to make money.) This is harmless.
Is it harmless when antivaxxers decide vaccines are bad (and vaccines are a hoax for Big Pharma to make money)? When people decide that climate change isn't happening (and climate change advocates are just pushing an ideological agenda)?
And like here, where people decide that Supreme Court judges simply don't have any role in law (and people who disagree are trying to destroy "The Real America" with their agenda through the courts)?
At what point does this become a crisis for society and democracy? When do we stop laughing?
Last I checked, it was indeed the role of the judge in Common Law systems to interpret the law, including the constitution of a country. But hey, what do I know about law: I only studied it for 8 years, taught law for years, now work in a political institution and am just writing my doctorate in this field.

And we know judges know fuck-all about the constitution.

And it's not only because said judges previously passed the Bar Exam.
Unlike Ambulance Chaser: have you lot on Christain News Netjerk...?!
There's an extremely good reason why their opinions count. And yours doesn't for shit, Jase & co.
Even Fred Phelps was disbarred: but not for the reasons you'd think.

The moment it leaves their mouths.
Said before, saying again. People like Jason Todd here, Oboehner, Amos Moses and Grace Kwon Kim I would want to be my opponents in a courtroom. There is a really good reason for that
Confused?
