I don't know why women and black people were so bent out of shape about not being allowed to vote.

For starters: Your vote doesn't matter. Whether you choose the puppet on the right or the puppet on the left isn't important because they're both puppets. Oh yeah, and here's the kicker; if you don't exercise your freedom to vote, you get fined! What a silly society we live in.

If I had been alive back then I wouldn't have cared. I would've been glad that I'm not allowed to do something I don't like doing.

You might say "it's about how they were not considered equal in society". Well, even after they were allowed to vote, people were still racist and sexist. It also would be a safe assumption to say that black people's votes were thrown in the trash back then, I also might be wrong.

It's like Mark Twain said: "If voting made a difference, they wouldn't let us do it".
