My view is a chain of things. One end is keeping blacks as perpetual victims the other end is keeping dems perpetually in government positions.
Over reporting anti black crime (so very little of actual examples) and under reporting or ignoring anti white violence helps perpetuate the myth of blacks being the victims of relentless white racism. This prevents looking too closely at claims that blacks need help. The need ensures black dependancy, to which they don't absolutely need but agree to play along for an increasingly more comfortable free ride which ensures blacks voting for dems since rebs usually support anti welfare state policies.

Key to the dems plan is the illusion of sweet and innocent and oppressed blacks persecuted by us evil whites.
My very hypothetical theory is that through evolutionary psychology (which probably isn't a real science) whites overdeveloped a sense of empathy. We have a very strong desire to appease and placate people who present as offended or injured. Making the claim that you've been wronged is a figurative cheat code for getting god mode on whites.

Over 10s of thousands of years the people who didn't capitulate and cooperate with others had a smaller chance to survive and reproduce. So those of us with a propensity to accept a position of guilt had more children. So to that extent we LOVE being the cause of a problem, and we reject strongly suspicions that the 'injured party' is insincere. I'm not only certain blacks lack this, I'm pretty sure that they can see this in us and manipulate it, the smarter ones anyway.
