Of course a sexual relationship with a child could harm them, just like any other relationship, but my point is that this is not always the case. As for the lack of ability for them to handle such relationships, why does it matter, what should matter is whether or not it harms the individual, if it doesn't harm the individual even if informed consent can't be made, why is it wrong?
