You gain experience and level up by doing things like fighting delusion in the form of monstrous NPC's that represent normie platitudes, groups of media demons that spout platitudes, getting rejected by women NPC's, getting bullied by chads etc. You can also take up an incel trade like STEM or playing computer games as another way to level up. Spells in the form of argument powers, awareness, social invisibility etc. Trade in incel items like action figures and fleshlights.
There is a large map with dungeons called nightclubs where incels can absorb multiple incel points just by trying to mingle in the club environment.
There are also many races of incels just like world of warcraft. Ethnicels get extra points just for being ethnic. Also, the gameplay is PVP, where the realm suffers continous raids by chads, normies and stacies, so incels have to work together in incel guilds to survive the onslaught.
