It just takes a healthy skepticism to accept the Theory of Evolution. Creations are just myths that every religion and mythology has its own version of.
I've opened a Bible many times. I've read about a third of it, and I know part of the Luke Gospel by heart. The more I learn, the stronger my atheism becomes.

It's a fundamentalist/literalist canard to insist a non-believer can't understand the Bible. It's mainly to dodge contradiction and factual mistakes in the Bible.
At it's ultimate overuse see Sye Ten Bugerraten, when question on Biblical issues he can't explain he asks if the questioner is a Believer or not, since believers hardly ever question they usually are Atheists and he says "I don't do Bible studies with non-believers" or "How do you know? You can't know anything without the Bible". This is an extension of 'non-believer can't understand the Bible' and used for the same reason, to dodge questions.
I bring this Sye ten guy up because his ignorant snotty style of debate has caught on with others and you will hear these unreasonable arguments from many now.
