I feel raping a rapist is completely justified. If they didn't want to be raped they should not have done it. They don't deserve to be tortured less than their victims

Yeah except none of us are psychic and any reported crime can turn out to be false. Yes most "false rape" is just bullshit noise generated by Manky Rotten Assholes but it is still possible that the wrong person gets pinged for something they didn't do.
What are you gonna do if someone was sentenced to a rapin' for their alleged rapin' that it turns out they didn't do? Rape the bailiff for raping them as the court ordered?
"Two wrongs doesn't make a right. Let's try to be civilized around here, please, instead of this eye-for-an-eye bullshit?"
Yes OK I sympathise, but unfortunately I suspect more people will agree with the OP than with you. This World is not populated by a majority of reasonable people.
Perhaps, if you can actually prove the crime beyond any doubt by anyone. But just like executing someone for committing murder, you really need to make sure they're absolutely guilty. Just think what it would be like if you were wrongfully accused and facing that kind of "punishment."
But who wants to volunteer to be the official rapist doling out punishment to convicted rapists? The whole idea is absurd.
Meh, depends on whether you mean this in the abstract or in reality. It's nice to think about karma taking care of things. In reality, it's neither practical nor ethical. I also suspect, like the death penalty for rape, the end result would be more victims killed.
I'll be honest, the only reason I'm opposed to the death penalty is the chance of catching someone innocent in it. If you could use a magical crystal ball to make sure you were 100% accurate, I would be all for it.
Likewise, I can't say I'm against this either, if you could have the same guarantee.
even, I as someone who someone who believes in eye for an eye can't support this the idea of rape for rape.
but like some of the other comments here, I still support the general idea of retrubution against the worst criminals. the death penalty isn't hypocritical because there is a difference between killing an innocent person and a guilty one.
Confused?
