Well, yes, it is fairly obvious that Creationists are utterly devoid of imagination (or higher mental ailities in general). The evidence starts with their very premise: mistaking obvious myths and poetry for textbook facts.
Gawd either put those parts in there to test us,
or Satan did it to fool us, or the "so-called scientists"
just carved all that dinosaur bone stuff out of plaster.
That's how they make their millions of government funded
dollars, you know; hating Jesus.
@ Sasha
Just consider the human tailbone.
When I was in high school there were two different guys
in gym class with tails about 3 or 4 inches long, covered with hair.
Almost like fur. Maybe their family tree really was a tree.
"Someone doesn't understand the meaning of the phrase, "vestigial traits.""
Maybe they've read Chick's 'Big Daddy?': "Even if there were "vestigial" organs, isn't *losing* something the opposite of evolution?"
According to your 'True' Bible, insects have four legs:

Count 'em.
So either the only possible way they developed these two extra legs after they were 'Created' was via Evolution, or simple mathematics destroys your so-called 'True' Bible. [/hyper-paradox]
The only possible way you can prove science wrong is to pull two legs off all insects.
The fact there's trillions of the buggers out there is the least of your problems: can you do the same with all those hatching from the untold billions of eggs right now: and 24/7/365, so you've got your work cut out for you personally .
So get to it, if you're to prove the so-called 'Truth' of your Bible. Chop-chop!
Moral: Reality. No 'Imagination' required.
Whales don't walk around and haven't for millions of years, which is why they have those vestigial leg bones. That's part of natural biology... the body parts you don't use tend to get smaller. If a species has body parts which they don't use, then over a long period of time and many, many generations later those body parts become vestigial.
Why is this so impossible to understand? Have they ever seen pictures of fish and salamanders which live in caves? They have eyes but the eyes don't work since they live in the dark all the time. Why would God create animals with eyes which don't work?
@creativerealms
Na, they didn't imagine that, they just believe what others have imagined (aka the Bible). They can't even imagine another meaning for this book than the most stupid and flat interpretation possible: the literal one. And even then they usually just refer to the bible instead of explaining in detail how their world view works. Why? Because most of them lack the creativity to fill in the gaps in it.
You published a picture of the fossils we have. You lose.
@Churchy LaFemme
I've read creationists explaining this as god filling up a void in the animal that would exist if the spare parts weren't there.
Confused?
