Good relationships occur when both partners have the same culture. The problem is that culture is very much tied to race. You should understand that - only White people could have created the West. Unless one of the partners is willing to submit culturally, you'd both be settling for a weak relationship.
I'm not against race-mixing 100%, but I'm very skeptical about it. After all, it was liberals who first pushed the issue, desegregation, etc. And as someone who is mixed race, I know the problems it causes.

Basically, I'm someone who likes Trump as much as I like the Chinese Communist Party. They're both nationalist, traditionalist, and forward looking. I don't know too much about Pinochet, but what I do know, I like.
