Fox News contributor Meghan McCain on Monday called on conservatives to stop trying to defeat Donald Trump for president, arguing that Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton was “truly evil.”

“I wasn’t a Donald Trump supporter but this is the will of the American people,” McCain told Fox News host Neil Cavuto. “But I think Donald Trump has to step up and answer a lot of questions. And he has to start being a leader, and he has said he wants to unite this party. That means uniting people like me.”

“There’s so many things that I have a hard time defending about his rhetoric and his values,” she admitted.

“But you still prefer him over Hillary Clinton?” Cavuto wondered.

“I told you, a tuna sandwich over Hillary Clinton,” McCain quipped. “Because I think Hillary Clinton is truly evil, and she’s truly a liar and she’s been responsible in my opinion for getting people killed.”

“Come on,” Cavuto replied.

“She’s Darth Vader,” McCain insisted. “I can’t trust her in any way.”

Donald Trump is the most like Pre Vizsla, the Mandalorian from Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Plans to overthrow a nice, Democratic president (President Obama :: Obi-Wan's love interest Duchess Satine) whose rule unfortunately is causing unrest throughout the area? Check.

Turns the populace against the current rule and basically sets himself to take over the country/planet? Check.

However, both Vizsla and Satine were killed by Darth Maul, who ended up taking over Mandalore. Now I'm speculating who Darth Maul's equivalent could be in the U.S...

And yet many Republican woman have been even more vehemently anti-feminist than their male counterparts. It's almost as if they have to try even harder to prove their loyalty to the Party.

The difference is that Trump has espoused some genuinely fascist views, by threatening legal and physical violence against opponents, setting up the idea of national exceptionalism by definition, the beginnings of a cult of personality centered on himself, and the desire to single out ethnic or religious groups for "added scrutiny". I agree that the comparison to Hitler is currently overblown, but he does have all the makings of a right-wing nationalistic authoritarian.

The Donnie is not ABLE to step up, he's not able to answer a lot of questions, to be a leader, to unite anything. He's all ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME! He's more interested in what people think of him, than what his policies do to the lives of real people.

In what way is she truly evil? She's a woman? She has many contacts in Washington after several years there? She's educated? She didn't know how to print documents? (Most of the emails on the wrong server apparently consisted of a few words ("print this, please") to her secretaries.)

Drumpf is the biggest liar the world has seen in decades, centuries. He's not even aware of himself lying, and thinks lies are irrelevant.

The Orange Clown is definitely responsible for getting people killed. His decision to move the Israeli embassy to Jerusalem has already caused violence all over the world (an attack on a Swedish Synagogue among others) and people have died. If you don't want to be responsible for getting people killed, don't become a high-ranking politician.
