WELL MORMONS ARE NOT CHRISTIANS THEY ARE PRETENDERS

In fairness, there is legitimate reason to think this. The argument has been made that Christians are those who accept, at a bare minimum, the First Council of Nicaea and the First Council of Constantinople. Mormons don't, and neither do Jehovah's Witnesses.
But I'm guessing this guy's reasoning behind his opinion is far less academic.
Well, they are Christians, they are just exceptionally stupid ones, even by fundamentalist standards.

He'll never be Frederick von Mercury, that's for sure! X3
So... you voted for Obama in 2012 then, Mike Sturm und Drang? Because you would never betray your granite-solid Christain principles and - like those in Ruptured Retards - vote for an 'Anyone But Obama' candidate; such as... Mitt 'Magic Pants' Romney: A MORMON. Amirite ...?! [/hyper-paradox]
Mormons are definitely not Christians. They are further from true Christianity than Catholics.
Read the Christian Bible, KJV!
Jerry
Your neighborhood fundamentalist.
That's nothing. I can define Christianity in an even less real way. Look, paper clips are Christian if and only if they are red. Nothing, and no one, else is a true Christian.
It's true that you'll hear almost nothing about Jesus at a meeting, but lots of talk about Joseph Smith and their so-called prophets, and they don't even have meetings at the ward houses on Christmas unless it happens to fall on Sunday. However, they do believe in Jesus as their savior.
@Jelly Jerry
Question: Do you think the KJV is the only version to be trusted, is utterly flawless in every conceivable way, and is the absolute word of your God, as authorised by a past monarch (King James I) of my country, Britain?
Think extremely carefully before answering, Jer.
@ Mister Spak. Don't forget The Flying Sphaghetti Monster, Harhui, and George Carlin. Also Jerry? Most Catholics adhere more closley to the teachings of Jesus than your fundementalist ilk, so I think that makes them more Christian than thou.

False. Catholics don't follow the Christian Bible, they are not Christians.
In the name of the Lord,

But South Park said Mormonism was the right answer...I suppose next you are going to tell me that The Book of Mormon isn't actually an accurate depiction of the faith? I mean, it was probably one of the best musicals I've ever seen, and that's saying something.
WELL, CHRISTIAN NEWS NETWORK PEOPLE ARE CHRISTIANS BUT THEY ALL ALSO BLOW GOATS.
Seriously you guys, STOP!
JERRY, STOP!
All CHRISTIAN NEWS NETWORK defenders blow goats. It's a fact, more proven then the accusations against planned parenthood, but JERRY defends KNOWN goat blowers and Nambla buddies.
We're really disappointed in you Jerry. You had potential, you coulda been a contenter. Are you for real?
@Jerry: The Catholic Council of Nicea codified the Bible, deciding which books & verses to keep, which to alter, and which to throw out. The KJV is based on those codified texts. And was commissioned by a Catholic.
Oh, and if the only true Christians are the ones who worship the KJV like you, then True Christians only consist of people who follow one of the least faithful & most misunderstood translations to date.
A Christain once directed me to “Proverbs 16:27, An ungodly man diggeth up evil: and in his lips there is as a burning fire.” They said that it meant: Don't open your mouth when your words will damage someone else's reputation.
So, according to them, and the Bible, you’re not terribly Christain, either.
Confused?
