Yup, that's the corner of Park and Beacon Streets, just across from the State House in Boston. (Image from Google street view.)
Interestingly enough, the Ruskies were standing right outside of the local Fox News office instead of across on the other side of Park St., where protesters usually stand. Perhaps the good folks from Fox News were bringing them coffee and doughnuts to keep them happy.
