Mutation occurs at every single generation in a sexually reproducing species.
Do you have the same genetic code as your mother? No. Mutation has occurred, as your genes are a combination of mother and father. Creating an entirely unique genetic code.
But as for being born a fish and turning human? You REALLY think the ENTIRE BIOLOGICAL SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY believes such a thing as stupid as humans are born as fish?

Just last week I wondered: If you would take an honest creationist*, sit him down and explain to him the basic idea of the ToE, but without using the words he was trained to disagree with on principle, could you get him or her to accept it?

Completely false, as evolution doesn't operate to cause changes in an individual living organism during a single generation but instead to select for changes occuring within populations of living organisms over multiple generations.
