women who serve males are still our sisters. i was once a handmaiden, because i had been groomed since before my birth to serve men. during that sleeping time i harmed myself and my sisters by undermining my sisters' understanding of men and male hatred of women.
our handmaiden sisters live in a state of constant terror so deep that they literally anesthetize themselves with the lies that men love women and that they can trust men to protect them from other men. the pain of awakening to the vast evil that is male hatred of women is unbearable to these sisters and they literally cannot physically and mentally tolerate the truth of male hatred of women.
it is cruel to wake a sister before she is ready. IF she is ever ready. and it is her right to sleep. stockholm syndrome means that they operate under the delusion that they are "free" to "choose". one cannot "choose" anything that is harmful to oneself. it is impossible. this is why a warrior must use compassion AND insight/discernment when working for the liberation from male violence.
radical feminists are women who understand that men are women's enemies and seek to liberate women from male oppression.
it is because i love women, all of them. even the handmaidens, that i am taking the time to answer your questions. as a woman, you are my sister and i stand with you. i am not saying you are a handmaiden. rather i am saying that you, handmaidens, and i are all women. and that is why we are all suffering under the patriarchy.
when i am relating to handmaidens, i focus on making their lives easier in very small ways like simply being polite when online. or by truthfully identifying men as the agent of violence against women, as gently as i can while still being truthful. it's important to remember that handmaidens are also suffering under the patriarchy. perhaps more so than i, because i have the dignity of a decolonized mind free from unexamined self-hatred. i am aware of the mental scars i bear and have sufficient control of my mind to accurately perceive reality. and reality shows us that men hate women with a vicious intensity.
i am not a radfem because i like being comfortable. i am a radfem because i believe in my own humanity.
